Completed Factory and Ancillary buildings for Honeywell Superfine Foods – Alausa, Ikeja

This is a 3 bay factory with an average clear span of 20 metres each. Administrative Building is on three floors, Official Residence and Marketing Department also occupy another block of 3 floors. There is an average of 2400meters of drainage and road network. There are 2 cylindrical storage silo of 18 metres height with a capacity of over 100 tons for flour storage. There are bund walls for the safety of fuel storage areas. One of the challenges was to be able to drain the whole factory of accumulated rain water from the vast roof, the waste water from daily production and achieve an invert level moderate enough to be able to discharge to the main Lagos-Ibadan expressway given that the site is much lower than the access from Billingsway in Ikeja Lagos.
